为推进我县政府投融资企业转型发展改革进程，充实宜丰县综合投资开发有限公司专业工作队伍力量，经公司经理办公会议研究，报请县政府批准同意，决定向社会公开招聘8名合同制工作人员。
一、招聘原则
1、坚持按需设岗，按岗招聘的原则；
2、坚持公开、公平、公正、择优的原则；
3、坚持德才兼备、以德为先的用人标准；
4、坚持平等自愿、协商一致的原则；
5、坚持监督约束与激励保障并重的原则。
二、招聘岗位及要求
本次招聘岗位共4个，招聘人数8人：其中办公室1人，筹资部（财务部）2人，工程部3人，运营部2人。具体岗位介绍、专业要求及其他资格条件详见《宜丰县综合投资开发有限公司2020年公开招聘岗位及要求》（附件1）。
三、招聘对象及范围
1、具有中华人民共和国国籍，年满18周岁;
2、遵守中华人民共和国宪法和法律，品行良好;
3、具有履行岗位职责相适应的专业或技能条件;
4、具备适应职位要求的身体条件;
5、符合公开招聘职位所需要的其他条件;
有下列情形之一的人员不受理应聘：
1、现役军人；
2、正在接受司法机关立案侦查或纪检监察机关立案审查的；
3、受党籍或行政处分仍在处分期间的；
4、曾受刑事处罚或曾被开除公职的；
5、法律法规规定不得聘用的其他情形人员。
四、招聘方式及程序
1、报名。凡符合条件的人员于2020年 3月13日17:30之前下载《宜丰县综合投资开发有限公司应聘人员报名表》（附件2），打印并填写《报名登记表》交于宜丰县综合投资开发有限公司办公室（宜丰县农商银行总部大楼4楼410室），逾期将不予受理。需提供资料：户口簿户主页和本人页、身份证、毕业证、专业技术职称证（退役军人或特长者另带退役证）原件和复印件、近期2寸免冠彩色照片2张，手写个人自荐材料一份。
2、资格审查。由招聘工作领导小组对报名人员相关资料进行审查，并通知审查合格人员参加笔试。
3、笔试。统一组织笔试，采取闭卷形式，考试内容为《综合基础知识》，笔试成绩为100分，笔试成绩不带入面试，笔试时间另行通知。
4、面试。根据笔试成绩，按岗位报名人数1：3的比例进入面试。采取百分制结构化面试，结合招聘岗位的专业要求，招聘领导小组将对其进行专业知识、组织协调及分析解决实际问题能力等方面的现场面试。面试时间另行通知。
5、体检。按面试成绩确定体检人员，从高分到低分确定体检名单，如最后一名成绩相同，按以下方式确定人选：①退伍军人优先；②学历高者优先；③同岗位专业技术职称高者优先。体检费用自理；体检不合格者不予聘用。体检参照《国家公务员录用体检通用标准（试行）》进行。
6、考察。对体检合格的拟聘人员，由公开招聘领导小组组织对其政治思想、道德品质、遵纪守法、廉洁自律、能力素质、工作态度、学习及工作表现以及是否需要回避等进行考核，并对报考人员资格条件和个人档案进行审核。考核内容和标准按照国家有关规定执行。重点内容为其日常工作，学习及生活习性表现，特别是近三年有无不良记录。报考者应在规定时间内将个人档案交至宜丰县综合投资开发有限公司，否则视为自动放弃。
7、公示和聘用。对拟聘人员在公司信息公开栏上进行公示，公示时间为7个工作日。录取结果公示期满后无异议，按相关程序办理入职手续，试用期为3个月(试用期内经考核不合格，公司可予以辞退)，试用期满考核合格后公司与其签订五年期劳动合同。
8、待遇。所招聘人员试用期为3个月，试用期工资（工程部人员2500元/月，筹资部人员2300元/月，财务部人员2300元/月，运营部人员2300元/月，办公室人员2300元/月）。试用期合格后正式上岗，宜丰县综合投资开发有限公司与其签订劳动合同，缴交五险二金，按公司相关规定享受工资福利待遇。
五、其他事项
本招聘方案的解释、规定仅适用于本次招聘工作，其他未尽事宜由宜丰县综合投资开发有限公司公开招聘合同制人员工作领导小组办公室负责解释。
